Power Yoga: You will move, sweat and be moved as you flow through an all-levels 60 minute Journey Into Power class based on the yoga series created by Baron Baptiste. You will be challenged to discover possibility through physicalness. For ages 16 and up. The room is heated to 95 degrees.
Meditation: Explore the benefits of meditation with this prior to yoga class experience. As one of the main teachings of Baptiste Yoga, meditation is an access to getting present and awakening. This guided meditation class is free.
Pilates Reformer: The Reformer class at Sol is built on the foundation of IMX (integrated movement exercise) and translated through the language of Baptiste Methodology. In a small group setting of 6, these classes are designed to build muscles, increase flexibility and increase coordination, improve posture, and relieve stress. The Reformer allows for full range of motion through exercise, something not guaranteed on the mat. Some classes may add in the JumpBoard to raise your heart rate as it develops core strength, hip stability, and intense footwork!
Haute Barre: Haute (hot) Barre : is rooted by the basic barre methods and led from True North Alignment and Baptiste Methodology. This innovative approach fuses elements of Dance, Pilates, and yoga while leading from center and core. The end result is a long, lean physique with improved flexibility. Join us in our boutique studio for Haute Barre de Sol for the total hot barre experience.
Hot Pilates: Experience our IMX sequenced Pilates on your mat with an IMX ring in a state of the art infrared heated studio heated by heating green. Beginner to intermediate.
Buti™ Sculpt: A 30 minute Buti™ yoga workout that builds long, lean muscle with HIIT (high intensity interval training). HIIT kicks the body into a heightened metabolic state + optimizes the body's ability to burn fat through maximum heart rate + maximum effort. For ages 16 and up. The room is heated to 80 degrees.
PiYo®: A high energy, dynamic, choreographed workout for all levels! You'll get the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing Yoga movements. No weights or equipment needed, you'll use body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves for a full-body workout. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact class that will burn crazy calories! No pilates or yoga experience required.
POWER REFORM: Get ready for a POWER activating REFORMation. Primed with TRX resistance, double tubing, resistance bands, sand balls, sliders, & really good beats -POWER REFORM is housed inside of our Power Yoga sequence with a 40 minute target of moving from center and core with glute activation. Using a series of strength building, stability, TRX cross training & Power Yoga in a cardio influenced, infrared climate designed to burn major calories and shape the body.
Kids Yoga: The intention of our Kids Yoga program is to empower expression and allow for the discovery of play, respect, responsibility, courage, leadership, community, and friendship. Kids yoga is offered during some of our popular classes to support parents yoga practice. Children will learn the Journey Into Power Yoga Flow and end class with a relaxing savasana/activity. For ages 3-6 and 7-11. The room is non-heated.
Teen Yoga: This 60 minute class similar to our Power Yoga classes that will enable you to strengthen your body as well as help you balance the way you approach school, activities and your social life. Come solo or invite all of your friends or your whole team to practice with you. For ages 12-15. The room is non-heated.

Why the heat?
At Sol Power Yoga, we use external heat as a tool for transformation. The challenge of putting your body into a pose in a 95-degree room creates an environment for transformation on and off of the mat. Inside this challenge, you learn to focus on breath, drishti and on staying in the moment of physical challenge. When life turns up the heat, yoga teaches us to focus and stay calm and strong
What if I am late?
At Sol Power Yoga time integrity is very important to us. Please be on your mat and ready for practice prior to class beginning. For the safety of our staff and students our doors will be locked when class begins and late entry will not be allowed. If it is your first time to Sol, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the beginning of class so we can show you around and get you set up.
What should I bring and/or wear to class?
Please wear comfortable clothing to allow you space for movement on a yoga mat. You will sweat. A water bottle that you may refill with our alkaline filtered water. A yoga mat and hand towel. Don't have a mat, no worries, you can rent a mat and towel for $2/each.
What happens when I get there?
Please remove your shoes prior to entering the hot studio room. Also please turn off your cell phone and leave with your belongings in a cubby provided. Talking is discouraged during practice.
